How do you tell someone to not give up?
Yet you do the same.
How do you tell someone to keep moving forward?
Yet you’ve stopped on the road.
How do you expect someone to understand?
Yet you haven’t even explained.
How do you not know it hurts them to see you this way?
Yet when you see them hurt, you hurt as well.
How do you give someone hope?
Yet just take it away the very next day.
How do you find it worthless?
Yet you kept on pushing from the start.
How do you ask for time?
Yet you wouldn’t even give them a minute.
How do you? How do you really….?
Because if I had to say so,
Not once will I give up on you
Not once will I let you walk alone
Not once will I not explain it over and over again until you understand
Not once will I not care when you’re hurt
Not once will I give you dead hope
Not once will I find it worthless but cherish every moment
Not once will I let time decide
Because only once… will we have this opportunity.
