He never seems to find what he's looking for
Even when she stands there waiting for him to pull her into his arms
As the wind blows, cold chills run down her spine
His embrace seems to have gotten lost along the lines of his unanswered questions
She tries to find the strength within her to keep moving forward
Finally he begins to turn and give her some attention
She pulls herself together to stay positive and surpress the hurt he's cause
He didn't seem to see it, but kept trying to get his point across
Her heart starts to feel the pain once more, the hurt she thought that had left already...didn't
No matter how much love she gave, no one was able to see it
She tries again, the fireworks she once felt seemed to had died
She wouldn't give up and wiped her tears away, put away her pride
And dialed the phone, still on the other end of the phone was a silence she couldn't bare anymore
Disconnected from love, her heart laid there inside of her
Waiting to be held, waiting for his comfort, waiting for a love that wouldn't give anymore
Her heart finally rests, her mind finally stop asking and searching for answers
And she finally tells herself, I can't go on anymore....
